# Use AI Advisor workspaces

To use AI Advisor workspaces, start with recorded source data, a reporting period, and the intended branch. In Admin, open insights, review anomaly, review Profit Guard, and manage targets. Confirm the branch, period, filters, and source completeness before exporting or acting on a result.

## Before you start

- Recorded source data, a reporting period, and the intended branch
- Filters define the result; recheck dates and branch before exporting or acting

## Steps

1. Open /intelligence and choose the required tab; anomalies, Profit Guard, targets, Staff Monitor, and scenarios are separate views.
2. Set the branch and period offered by that view, then open one finding or scenario and read its supporting evidence.
3. For a scenario, enter only the displayed assumptions and run the preview; do not treat a preview as an applied business change.
4. Follow a linked source page to verify the recommendation before assigning work or changing an operational record.

## Expected result

The selected intelligence tab shows a finding or scenario with its scope, evidence, and preview status. Following evidence opens a source page; scenario output remains advisory until an authorized operator applies a separate supported action.

## Permissions

- Every /intelligence tab requires intelligence.read; linked operational actions keep their own route and mutation permissions.

## Troubleshooting

### An intelligence tab has no finding or evidence.

Confirm the selected tab, branch, period, entitlement, and required source data. Refresh once; do not manufacture an operational action when the view shows insufficient evidence.

### A scenario or recommendation is unclear.

Keep it as a preview, open every available source link, and verify the underlying records. Escalate the tab, scope, finding, and missing evidence; never include private prompts, secrets, or unnecessary customer data.
