Check the document title and current published text before relying on it. Send contractual questions through an authorized Business Account contact and privacy questions through the published Support channel.

## Steps

1. Choose Terms, Privacy Notice, or Cookie Notice from the public legal links in either application.
2. Check the document title and displayed version or published text before relying on a clause.
3. Use an authorized Business Account contact for contract questions or the published Support channel for privacy questions.

## Expected result

The selected Terms, Privacy Notice, or Cookie Notice opens from Admin or POS as a readable public document with its title and current published text. The page does not request account access or expose private Business Account data.

## Permissions

- Terms, Privacy Notice, and Cookie Notice are public, read-only routes across both applications.
- The documents are read-only; authorized Business Account contacts handle contract or privacy decisions.

## Troubleshooting

### A public legal page does not load.

Retry the same Terms, Privacy Notice, or Cookie Notice URL once. If it still fails, send Support the document name, URL, time, and error; no sign-in data or customer information is required.

### The applicable version or clause is unclear.

Use the document title and text shown on the current public page. Route contract interpretation to an authorized Business Account contact and privacy questions to the published Support channel.
