Use the pickup and delivery order book

Before you start

• The intended branch, brand, channel, order, partner, or storefront and the relevant plan feature
• Verify external identifiers, customer promise times, and order status before accepting, assigning, or publishing

Steps

1. Open /orders/book and select the working date before reading pickup or delivery capacity.
2. Review pickup and delivery slots separately and keep the branch and working date visible.
3. Open the matching fulfilment order from its slot and verify customer promise time, service mode, and current status.
4. Return to the date view after review; changing the working date starts a different operational view.

Expected result

The order book shows pickup and delivery slots for the selected working date and branch. Opening a slot order preserves its promise time, service mode, and status; changing the date does not mix orders from the prior view.

Permissions

• Order Book requires fulfilment.read and remains scoped to the permitted Business Account and branch.

Troubleshooting

Expected slots or orders are missing.

Confirm working date, branch, service mode, and relevant order status. Change one filter at a time and compare with the source order before treating the view as failed.

An opened order does not match the slot.

Stop fulfilment work, verify order reference, promise time, working date, branch, and service mode, then refresh once. Escalate those safe identifiers and the mismatch.
