Configure the online storefront
To configure the online storefront, start with the intended branch, brand, channel, order, partner, or storefront and the relevant plan feature. In Admin, review storefront status, edit public address, manage sellable items, and set booking windows. Verify the channel, brand, branch, price, promise time, and customer fulfilment details before publishing or dispatching.
Before you start
- The intended branch, brand, channel, order, partner, or storefront and the relevant plan feature
- Verify external identifiers, customer promise times, and order status before accepting, assigning, or publishing
Steps
- Open /storefront and confirm the branch and current storefront status.
- Edit the public address and other displayed identity fields, then choose which configured items are sellable online.
- Set only the booking or service windows offered by the page and save once.
- Use preview to inspect the customer-facing result; verify availability and ordering separately before treating the storefront as live.
Expected result
The storefront hub reloads with the saved public address, sellable items, booking windows, and status for the selected branch. Preview shows the configured customer view but does not by itself prove public availability or a successful order.
Permissions
- Storefront requires storefront.read; public-address, sellable-item, booking-window, and status writes require separately enforced storefront access.
Troubleshooting
Storefront configuration cannot be saved.
Confirm the branch and correct the displayed public-address, item, or booking-window validation. Submit once and keep the current form until its result is visible.
Preview or public availability differs from settings.
Reopen the saved branch configuration and distinguish preview from live public availability. Check sellable items and windows, then report the storefront route, branch, status, and differing field.
