Understand verification pending
The verification page explains that access cannot continue until the account or branch verification requirement is completed. Read the verification status, complete the requested Business Account verification outside the POS when instructed, and return to POS and sign in again after approval. Confirm the active branch and signed-in role before taking orders on a shared terminal.

- Access to the associated email or Business Account owner process.
Steps

Permissions

Troubleshooting
The workflow stops while staff read the verification status, before they can complete the requested Business Account verification outside the POS when instructed.
A safe retry starts by confirming: The verification requirement shown by TajerGo. Access to the associated email or Business Account owner process. Return to /verify-pending without changing user, branch, or record. Try the blocked step once; if it remains unavailable, stop and provide Support the terminal ID, intended branch, visible message, and time; omit passwords, PINs, codes, and reset links. Capture the displayed state produced when staff read the verification status.
The signed-in identity, branch, terminal, or navigation remains wrong after the final checkpoint: Return to POS and sign in again after approval.
Check the account identity, branch label, terminal readiness, connection, and pending-transaction indicator. Correct the identity or session condition, then retry once. Stop if the branch or user still differs. An unresolved mismatch needs Support review with the terminal ID, intended branch, visible message, and time; omit passwords, PINs, codes, and reset links. Check the saved state after staff return to POS and sign in again after approval.
